Here at Gronthus, we will help you select the ideal location, prepare the location and coordinate delivery, so you can start your greenhouse journey as soon as possible.

Site Selection

Our team can support you and provide advice for the location of your greenhouse. This is an important step as you need to ensure that the location you have chosen is appropriately zoned to allow the placement of your greenhouse.

Permit Approval

After you have chosen an appropriate location to place your greenhouse, you will need to submit the necessary applications to get the approval from the local authorities.

Logistics

Once the necessary site preparations are completed, Grønthus will provide you with complete logistics support using our well-established shipping channels. You are also welcome to use your own shipping options. Simply contact us with your shipping details so we can have the greenhouse ready for pick up.

Launch

Our team will work with you to get your greenhouse set up as soon as it arrives. Our greenhouses come mostly preassembled; all that’s required on launch day is for you to connect the farm to water, electricity, and WiFi, hang the plant panels, and calibrate your farm sensors and controller.

Ongoing Support

Your needs are our main priority.

Our support extends even after the launch of your greenhouse, ensuring that growth and stability of your greenhouse. This support goes beyond simple technical support; our team believes in nurturing your project with regular check-in. We will always be a call away.

Technical Support

In the event of a technical problem, our team will be here to assist you via email and phone to answer your questions and help troubleshoot problems.

Data Analysis & Optimization

We want all our users to feel confident and knowledgeable about their growing operation. Once you’re familiar with the basic operations, we can help you analyze your greenhouse conditions to find ways to optimize internal conditions for the best results.

Regular Check-Ins

A member of our team will check in with you from time to time to make sure everything is running smoothly. We promise to guide and support you from the moment you sow your first seed.

On-Site Support Visits

Users can opt to purchase an on-site support visit, where a Grønthus technician will come to support you directly at your location. We’ll run a full diagnosis, conduct routine maintenance, bring fresh supplies, and help with any troubleshooting needs. These visits are available on a one off or on a 6-month or 12-month recurring basis.
